A vintage West German fat lava vase which I think may be by Ü-Keramik. I have not seen another, so I may be wrong in my attribution..
An unusual form, this vase looks like it is wearing a crown of leaves!
Richly glazed in shades of coppery brown.
Condition is very good, with only a tiny glaze miss in the decor part, and it appears that a previous owner has scratched their phone number onto the bottom and also marked it with a black marker - I think only the numbers are original maker's marks, and these are very much in the style of Übelacker.
