A pair of striking sterling silver and blue glass earrings with carved Aztec masks from Taxco in Mexico, probably dating to the 1960s.
The earrings are marked to the back .925 sterling and there is a maker's mark which I cannot make out.
The screw backs themselves are marked 'alpaca' which is a metal alloy (NOT silver.)
In great vintage condition, with some light wear and age visible on close inspection.
The earrings are 30 mm long and 19 mm at the widest point.
