A vintage West German ceramic candle holder, designed by Cari Zalloni for Steuler in the 1970s.
I love the lines of Cari Zalloni designs, very modern, very smooth and always with curves that are so pleasing to the eye.
Glazed in a shiny cobalt blue.
This holder takes candle sticks (23 mm opening) and also has an impression for wider candles (60mm).
In excellent condition. A little crazing but it is hard to see.
The holder is 15 cm (6") high and 12 cm (5") at the widest point.
